Ratification letter to the membership

Dear Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that the mediation process, which commenced on Thursday, April 11, has been completed. We have reached an agreement and are now prepared to present the memorandum outlining the terms of our settlement.

Your attendance and active participation in this presentation are crucial, as your vote on the proposed settlement is of utmost importance. Your voice matters greatly in shaping the future of our union, and your input will guide our collective decision-making process. Your commitment to this cause is appreciated, and your presence at the meeting will help ensure that our interests are properly represented.

The memorandum will be shared only at the meeting. It must be in person to vote. We understand that this may cause some problems, this is how it is set up. Please attend the presentation of the memorandum on Thursday, April 18th at LCI at 4:30. Together, let us continue to work towards achieving the best possible outcomes for all members of our union. We understand that this date may not work for some, we need to move forward with this.

In solidarity, Negotiation Committee
